Refund Policy

All sales are final. SpiritPlus does not offer refunds for any services, including but not limited to psychic readings, mediumship sessions, or energy-based guidance. By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a personalized experience based on time, energy, and intuitive insight, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be rescheduled at the sole discretion of SpiritPlus. Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are non-refundable.

Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space and prepared with your questions or intentions at the time of your session. SpiritPlus is not responsible for client distractions, lack of preparedness, or technical difficulties on the client’s end.
